Cleanliness: Horses must be clean and mud-free, with tails bandaged and hooves/legs washed before arrival. We'll re-wash on-site.

Sedation: Owners are responsible for arranging sedation if needed and informing us when booking.
Notification: Notify us immediately if your horse develops a contagious condition during treatment.
Behavioral Issues: Inform us of any behavioral problems or vices before treatment.
Shoeing: Ensure proper shoeing with no prominent nail heads. Your horse CANNOT use the treadmill if their shoes are loose or if they have been recently shod (within 5 days) and have the nail head freshly protruding. New shoes grip the treadmill belt too much which can affect movement and also damage the belt. Loose shoes if thrown while in the treadmill could also injure the horse. You're responsible for any equipment damage due to shoe issues.
